Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - One of the greatest SNES games ever!
This game is addictive, fun to play, great story, great graphics and challenging. I have played this game hundreds of times and beat it numerous times as well. Gone back to find all the hidden levels and found them all, without help of manuals! Yes, I've spent a lot of time on this wonderful game. I still go back every now and then only to fight Culex, the best fight in the game IMO.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Fun but short
The game is designed exceptionally well for an rpg the story line is engages you, the battles aren't super repeative some enemies have super powered moves you don't expect. Plus you can only carry a limited amount of items. The major down fall to this game is it's always been expensive 50 or 60 dollars when it first came out. Now you can get it used for like 40 but people can beat the game in 4 hours if you really rush it and most can in under 10 hours. Aside from that this is a rare that you will actually want to get into battles to look at the great graphics. Plus the expected funny and challanging events make it fun as well. A good game but maybe not worth the price, wish it were longer.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Super Duper Mario!
I'll make this short, like Mario. This is absolutely one of the very best RPGs of all time, and in my opinion, Mario's finest hour! A classic in every sense of the word. Nintendo should re-release this on the Wii and the DS. Get it!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Be prepared to sign over your life
This game is one of my favorite games of the SNES era. I was never a huge RPG fan simply because I never had the pleasure of renting/owning one, but I've always been a Mario fangirl. I can honestly say that after devoting approximately 20 hours to this game, I can't think of a game on the SNES that I like more (ok, maybe A Link to the Past, but that one's in its own league). This game will take over your life, hours at a time, and I mean that in the best possible sense. BUY IT NOW if you can get your hands on it for a reasonable price (a little birdie told me something about eight bucks on the virtual console...)

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Worth the money!!
This is the best and most fun RPG I've ever played. It is well worth the money.

Remember when those two satellites collided the other day? Seems that they'll be the space junk gift that keeps on giving, as their 800-km debris orbiting field could hamper all future space launches.

"Future launches will have to be adjusted with regard to the fact that the debris [from the collision] has spread over an 800-km area and will gather at a common orbit in 5-6 years," said Alexander Stepanov, director of the Pulkovo Observatory in St. Petersburg.

According to NASA this massive cloud of human failure joins the 19,000 other objects that currently pollute the low and high orbit space around the planet. As we reported last week, the Hubble Space Telescope is already in danger.

On a related note, anyone who criticized the Pixar movie Wall-E for "liberal bias" or for "unfairly" depicting future humans as slovenly creatures that polluted Earth and space to the point where it was uninhabitable is a dufus. And so ends my personal rant for the day. [Space Fellowship]

The W3C Multimodal Interaction working group has posted the finished recommendation of EMMA: Extensible MultiModal Annotation markup language. According to the abstract, this spec "provides details of an XML markup language for containing and annotating the interpretation of user input. Examples of interpretation of user input are a transcription into words of a raw signal, for instance derived from speech, pen or keystroke input, a set of attribute/value pairs describing their meaning, or a set of attribute/value pairs describing a gesture. The interpretation of the user's input is expected to be generated by signal interpretation processes, such as speech and ink recognition, semantic interpreters, and other types of processors for use by components that act on the user's inputs such as interaction managers."
